Riley Elf

A lot of work was done of this Riley from front to rear, this project didn’t always go as expected, with various issues causing delays in getting the vehicle to the customer.

Ford Zodiac

I’ve worked on many Fords and this was the second Zodiac I have worked on in 30 years. This a very good example and only needed repair to the sill.

1953 Austin A40 Sports

We had to carry out substantial amount of work on the chassis and the body on the Austin A40 Sports. The body and the chassis was bolted together which was advantageous as  this allow us to repair the chassis separately. Then we bolted the body onto the chassis and repair that so we could align the doors, bonnet, boot perfectly.

This project was an interesting one, as part of the body was aluminum, so we got to weld different materials and use different techniques.

Mercedes Van

This Mercedes was being converted into a camper and we were asked to repair areas on the body, including lowering the rear arches internally and welding plates into the side windows.
